As a former Director of Social Work and Professional Head of Social Work for Mental Health Services in NSW Health, Raichel is an experienced clinical supervisor of Social Workers, Counsellors, Welfare Workers, Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists. Raichel provides individual and group clinical supervision.

As a senior leader Raichel has extensive experience providing leadership and management coaching to a wide range of health professionals to assist them grow as leaders and navigate the complexity and challenges of leadership.

As an experienced DBT practitioner Raichel provides high quality DBT consultation to DBT practitioners.
